Remarkably, within just the second week, KBC 17 already found its first crorepati. The official Instagram of the channel released the latest promo of the show featuring Uttarakhand's Aditya Kumar, who will be crowned as the first crorepati of the season. That's not all, in the promo, the contestant is also seen attempting the jackpot Rs 7 crore question.

Eventually, when they asked why the crew hadn’t shown up, Aditya finally admitted it was all just a prank.

He further added that when he was genuinely chosen as a KBC contestant this time, his friends didn’t take him seriously because of his past prank. They only believed him after watching him on television.He is later seen answering the Rs 1 crore question as Amitabh Bachchan announces that everyone is waiting with bated breath to know the results.
