Kompally restaurant owner jailed for a day for flouting late-night norms

A man was sentenced to undergo imprisonment for one day by a Medchal court for repeatedly operating his establishment beyond permitted late-night hours in Kompally. The court also slapped a fine of ₹1,000 on the accused, identified as Mohammed Abdul Rasheed, a resident of Kompally.

The court found the accused guilty of repeatedly operating his establishment, Lucky Restaurant, beyond permitted late-night hours despite being served multiple notices directing him to comply with closing time regulations.
