KTM India has refreshed its entry-level fully faired sportbike, the RC 160, with the introduction of two new colour options. The motorcycle is now available in Electronic Orange Matte and Ceramic White Matte shades, expanding the list of choices for buyers.

Despite the cosmetic update, the price of the bike remains unchanged at Rs 1.85 lakh, ex-showroom. The Electronic Orange Matte finish reflects KTM’s signature racing-inspired theme and is similar to colours seen on the larger RC models. The Ceramic White Matte option is a new addition and features a white base with black and orange graphics, giving the motorcycle a more striking appearance. Apart from these additions, the RC 160 continues to be offered in the existing black shade.

The latest update is limited to visual changes, with no mechanical revisions. The RC 160 retains the same engine, hardware and overall package as before. The motorcycle features a large front fairing, muscular side panels and a sharp, upswept tail section, giving it a bigger-bike look for a 160cc machine. It is built on a trellis frame and comes equipped with 37 mm upside-down front forks and a rear monoshock suspension.

Braking duties are handled by a 320 mm disc at the front and a 230 mm disc at the rear, supported by dual-channel ABS. On the technology front, the RC 160 gets dual-channel ABS with Supermoto mode along with an assist and slipper clutch. Powering the motorcycle is a 164.2cc liquid-cooled SOHC engine that produces 18.73 bhp at 9,500 rpm and 15.5 Nm of torque at 7,500 rpm. The engine is paired with a six-speed gearbox and KTM claims a top speed of 118 kmph.
