Kurnool police conduct searches at lodges

The Kurnool police have intensified searches in lodges as part of their efforts to curb criminal activities. On the instructions of Superintendent of Police Vikrant Patel, the police conducted surprise checks at lodges during the intervening night of Monday (July 28, 2025) and Tuesday (July 29, 2025) and verified records. The police asked the lodge owners and staff to inform them of any suspicious people and to verify identity of the people checking into the lodge and maintain a record of the same. The police also asked lodge owners to install CCTVs covering all the places of the property.
