The 17th March 2026 episode of 'Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 2' opened with Karan receiving a phone call as the wedding rituals were underway. Nandini watched him with suspicion.

Karan quietly approached Mihir and told him that Hemant had called.Meanwhile, Hrithik and Munni began their pheras. Mitali, who had stayed away from the wedding, called Tismi and asked her to turn the camera so she could watch. Tismi showed her Hrithik and Munni taking the pheras. Mitali was stunned for a moment before a cold realisation hit her. She remembered that the driver had already given Munni the pen drive, but assumed she had probably not checked it yet.

She decided that even if the wedding had already happened, she would now sit back and watch the couple fall apart.

Munni's emotional bidaai

Munni got emotional and hugged Tulsi. She told her that this felt like her real bidaai, not just because she was leaving, but because she was no longer in Shantiniketan, and it felt like going far away. Tulsi consoled her and said that even if she was not physically there, her daughters-in-law were her reflection, and she believed they would restore Shantiniketan to its former glory.

Munni was completely stunned. Mitali called again and twisted the knife further, telling Munni that Hrithik was an opportunist who had used her for both personal and professional gain.
