'Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 2' 4th July written update: Tulsi returns to find Shantiniketan divided and destroyed

In this episode of 'Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi', Tulsi enters Shantiniketan wearing a mask and gets shocked to see the house is divided into two parts. One side is full of guests, and the other side is empty.

Tulsi walks through the border, and the in-charge sends her to the kitchen. Maharaj tells Tulsi to stay on the other side. Tulsi sees that Maharaj belongs to Karan's side and works for Karan and Gautam. Gautam and Damini attend to their guests. A media person asks Gautam what is special about this day. Gautam tells him that his grandmother brought the Tulsi plant on this day and they are launching their hotel brand through Nakul.

Gautam tells his guests to use their washroom. Tulsi learns that Gautam has turned their ancestral house into a hotel. Gautam tells his guests he has started serving non-vegetarian food and wines in the hotel. Tulsi realises that Gautam has destroyed their culture and traditions.

Brothers clash over the ancestral home

Suddenly, the police arrive following a complaint about loud music. Karan tells Gautam he made the complaint. Karan and Gautam face each other and start arguing.

Karan tells Gautam he should be ashamed of what he is doing. Gautam tells Karan he is celebrating his hotel success. Karan tells him to celebrate at the hotel, not here. Both brothers get into a heated argument. Gautam shows the police his permission letter and says he has valid legal approval.

The police have no choice but to leave. Gautam starts the music again and asks his guests to sit. Tulsi watches helplessly as her Shantiniketan is destroyed.

Gautam opens a champagne bottle and spills wine on the sacred floor. Nandini tells Karan to go to his room, but Karan wants her to call the children first.

Gautam's arrogance and Karan's pain

Gautam continues to irritate Karan. Tulsi can't believe the condition her house has become. Karan starts playing a sacred song to counter Gautam's music. This irritates Gautam further. The manager takes the waitress to the kitchen. Gautam tells Damini that Karan is jealous of him.

Gautam stops the music and starts arguing with Karan again. Karan tells Gautam he has misused their ancestral house. Gautam tells Karan it's Nakul's hard work.

Gautam calls Karan a jealous person and says he is not his mother's son. Karan tells Gautam not to mention that lady's name because she is his son's killer. Gautam tells Karan that only properties and wealth matter to him.

A mother's heart breaks watching her son's hatred

Karan tells Gautam that his Tulsi grandmother will not understand and he respects his grandmother. Gautam reminds Karan that Tulsi loves him deeply. Karan regrets calling Tulsi his mother and tells Gautam he hates Tulsi. Damini drags Gautam away. Tulsi is saddened as she sees her sons fighting, and Karan's hatred towards her increasing. The manager asks Tulsi to clean the dining table. Samira and Raunak come to meet Karan.

Tulsi sees her grandchildren. Karan learns that Garima is sleeping.
