Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi team reunites as Smriti Irani plans a fun dinner outing with Apara Mehta, Hiten Tejwani, Ashlesha Savant and others; Ritu Chaudhary says, “Smriti, you are just love”

Smriti Irani returned to the small screen last year with Season 2 of Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi. The actress, who shares a close bond with her co-stars and whom they often praise for being the same as always, recently organised a dinner for her on-screen family.The cast of Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi reunited at the gathering hosted by Smriti and they were seen having a great time. Several photos and videos from the reunion are doing the rounds on social media, showing the actors enjoying and catching up with each other. The video shows Smriti Irani, Gauri Pradhan, Apara Mehta, Hiten Tejwani, Sumeet Sachdev and others. The group wore comfortable clothes, making it clear that it was a relaxed and casual get-together.Actress Gauri Pradhan, who plays Nandi Virani, Karan's (Hiten Tejwani) wife on Kyunki shared a video from the reunion. She captioned the video as, “A night to remember,” followed by three red heart emojis.

Actress Ritu Chaudhary Seth, who played Shobha in Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, also shared pictures from a dinner outing. She gave her followers a glimpse of the cast spending quality time together. She shared a video on her Instagram account thanking Smriti for the get-together along with a long note which read: "Some bonds transcend borders of time… distance…space….These are those bonds… woven into the fabric of all our beings…This show was not just some work that we all did.

Smriti Irani also took to her Instagram stories and reshared a few videos. Smriti reshared a video on her social media and praised Gauri, calling her “the perfect one amongst the lot.”

She also expressed her love and warmth for her former co-star.She later reposted a photo shared by actress Tuhina Vora from the reunion, which showed the two of them hugging each other.Alongside it, she wrote, “where the heart and head can meet with elan,” further reflecting on the warmth and depth of their enduring bond.For the uninitiated, Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi season 2 went on air in August 2025, 25 years after its debut. Smriti Irani once again returned to play the role of Tulsi while Amar Upadhyay portrays Mihir. Veteran actress Apara Mehta who played Mihir’s mother Savita Virani in the first season, is not a part of the second one. The show has been ruling the roost thanks to the performances and storyline.
