Labourer dies after suspected pesticide consumption in Shamshabad

A 46-year-old daily wage labourer died early on Thursday after allegedly consuming a toxic substance at his residence in Chowdariguda village in Shamshabad.

The deceased has been identified as Bakka Suresh. According to the police, he had been suffering from severe gastric issues for the past few days and was undergoing treatment. Based on a complaint lodged by his 44-year-old wife Bakka Susheela, a labourer, a case of unnatural death has been registered.
