With vehicle traffic becoming a bigger issue by the day in Bengaluru, city Police Commissioner Seemath Kumar Singh said that the law and order police will help their traffic counterpart to identify traffic black spots in the city.
During an interactive session at the press club here on Thursday, Mr. Singh said that it is challenging to manage the 1.3 crore registered vehicles plying on the road apart from the number of floating vehicles.
The traffic police are coordinating with the traffic management centre to ensure smooth flow of traffic, he said. There are many issues which need immediate and long-term solutions, which are being taken on a priority basis, he said.
