In the Liquor Policy case, the Delhi High Court issued notice on a petition by the Central Bureau of Investigation challenging the discharge of Arvind Kejriwal and Manish Sisodia. The court asked the trial court to defer proceedings in the case linked to the Enforcement Directorate until the outcome of the petition.
