Shivangi Joshi reveals her biggest fear before entering the reality show; promises fans will see a stronger side

Lock Upp: Sach Ya Sazaa set to premiere today and Shivangi Joshi is among the confirmed contestants entering the reality show. Hosted by Riteish Deshmukh and Farah Khan, the new season features several well-known faces from television and reality TV as contestants who will live together, perform challenging tasks and navigate intense situations inside the Lock Upp.Recently, in an interview with SCREEN, actress Shivangi Joshi opened up about participating in the upcoming reality show and shared that she is stepping into the experience with an open mind. The actress admitted that she has no fixed strategy and is ready to discover a new side of herself during the journey.Speaking about joining the show, Shivangi said, “I don’t think you can prepare yourself for a show like this; it’s a captive reality show where tasks will happen, that’s all I know.

I am going with a clean slate. While people think of me as a sweet, docile girl, that’s also me, but I am much more than that. You will get to see the stronger side, too.”Shivangi also addressed comparisons with former contestant Hina Khan and said she understands that audiences may have different opinions about the way contestants behave on reality shows.Sharing her thoughts, she said, “I haven’t thought about this much, but Hina did a fabulous job on the show.

She was a true lioness. While some people didn’t relate to her, others did; there also may be some people who might not agree with my actions or behavior, but there will also be a section of people who will relate.”The actress further revealed that she sought advice before taking up the show. While she did speak to friends from the industry, she said her family’s guidance meant the most. Shivangi also admitted that living independently inside the house will be her biggest personal challenge.“I did speak to friends before participating, but more than them, I spoke to my family. Everyone has given me tips and advice,” she said.

Talking about what she expects to be the toughest part of the journey, Shivangi added, “I have been in a very protective environment; I have never travelled alone, so this is going to be the biggest challenge for me, to be on my own and handle things myself. I have never done that; you might get to see a Shivangi 2.0 on the show.”
