Doncic led the Lakers over the Nuggets with a monster 38-13-10 clinic, breaking Jerry West’s Lakers record and passing Nikola Jokic for second-most 30-point triple-doubles.

The Los Angeles Lakers were witnesses to what has become a common sight now: watching Luka Doncic rewrite the record books in real time.
Doncic was unstoppable in a 115–107 comeback win over the Nuggets, pouring in 38 points, 13 rebounds and 10 assists on an efficient 12-of-21 shooting.

It was loud. It was complete. And it came with a stack of milestones.
Passing Jokic, Chasing History
With his latest triple-double, Doncic now owns 52 career triple-doubles with at least 30 points, moving past Nikola Jokic for second-most all-time.
Only Oscar Robertson (106) sits ahead — and that gap suddenly feels a little less untouchable.
Doing it in Denver, against Jokic himself, only made it sweeter.
Youngest PG to 14,000 Points… Ever
Doncic also became the youngest point guard in NBA history to reach 14,000 career points.
At 25, Luka isn’t knocking on the door of greatness anymore. He’s already inside, rearranging the furniture.
A Lakers Record Falls Too
The night didn’t stop there. Doncic recorded his seventh game this season with 35+ points, 5+ rebounds and 10+ assists, breaking a long-standing Lakers record previously held by Jerry West, who did it six times in 1969.
Yes, ‘The Logo’ himself.
Helped, Not Carried
LeBron James played the perfect co-star, finishing with 19 points, nine rebounds and eight assists while efficiently guiding the comeback.
Fresh off being left out of the All-Star starting lineup for the first time since his rookie year, LeBron let Luka drive the moment — and didn’t miss a beat.
Jamal Murray was brilliant early, scoring 26 first-half points, but cooled off dramatically after the break. He finished with 28, but Denver had no answer once Luka took over.
