The Mapusa Sessions Court denied bail to Gaurav and Saurabh Luthra for the Arpora fire tragedy at Birch by Romeo Lane in Goa, which claimed 25 lives.

Saurav and Gaurav Luthra, owned the Birch by Romeo Lane nightclub in North Goa where a fire claimed 25 lives.

The Mapusa Sessions Court on Thursday rejected the bail applications of Gaurav and Saurabh Luthra in connection with the Arpora fire tragedy at Birch by Romeo Lane in Goa, which occurred on December 6, 2025, claiming 25 lives.
