GURUGRAM (India CSR): M3M India, one of the leading real estate developers in the country, took a significant step toward enhancing civic infrastructure in Gurugram with the inauguration of the first of 31 planned traffic booths at GIC Manesar, marking the beginning of a phased rollout across key locations in the city. The initiative reinforces M3M India’s commitment to community development beyond its core business operations.
Inauguration was presided over by Prateek Gahlot, IPS, Deputy Commissioner of Police (Traffic), Gurugram, who performed the ribbon-cutting ceremony at the GIC Manesar booth. He also undertook a plantation drive at the site, reinforcing the importance of environmental stewardship alongside civic development. The event marks the inauguration of the first booth in what will be a phased rollout of a total of 31 booths across high-footfall locations in the city, including prominent intersections such as M3M GIC Chowk, Rajiv Chowk (NH8), Hero Honda Chowk (NH8), and IFFCO Chowk (NH8).
Speaking on the occasion, Prateek Gahlot, IPS DCP Traffic Gurgaon, said, “Effective traffic management is fundamental to the safety and mobility of a growing city like Gurugram. These booths will significantly strengthen the operational capacity of the field personnel, enabling real-time surveillance and faster response across some of the city’s most critical intersections. We welcome and appreciate M3M India’s proactive step towards strengthening the city’s traffic ecosystem.”

“Gurugram’s growth as a leading urban centre demands that civic infrastructure keeps pace with its development. The establishment of these 31 traffic booths is our contribution toward that objective, equipping the city’s traffic management system with modern facilities that can support more effective and efficient operations on the ground.”, said Robin Mangla, President, M3M India
The booths will be equipped with modern infrastructure to facilitate effective traffic monitoring and management. Each booth will be fully furnished, equipped with 4 beds and chair-table with air conditioning, computers, seating, pantry and washroom facilities, enabling traffic personnel to operate with greater comfort and efficiency. The booths are also strategically located in proximity to key commercial establishments, ensuring enhanced visibility of the field police force in areas with high pedestrian and vehicular movement. The monitoring system will allow police personnel to observe live footage of the surrounding locality, strengthening real-time surveillance and response capabilities.
The initiative reflects M3M India’s broader vision of contributing to the development of sustainable and well-managed urban infrastructure in Gurugram. The rollout of all 31 booths is expected to be completed in a phased manner across the city.
