The vehicle , registered in the name of Mankari Rekha, has six unpaid challans worth ₹2,575 since May 2025. Of these, five were for not wearing a helmet and one for using a mobile phone while driving.

The incident, captured on CCTV cameras at the toll plaza, shows the two-wheeler hitting the officer head-on while he was gesturing Vishal to stop. The footage has since gone viral on social media. Police said further investigation is underway.
