The funeral ceremony of Robert Cosby Jr, the son of Mary Cosby, was not filmed for the upcoming seventh season of the reality series 'The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City'. As per reports on TMZ, the funeral services for Robert was held over the weekend in Utah, but no film crew or cameras from the reality show were present during the ceremony.
However, several producers from the series reportedly attended the service to pay their respects to the grieving family.
Lisa Barlow, Meredith Marks, Heather Gay, Whitney Rose, Bronwyn Newport, Angie Katsanevas and Britani Bateman, were reportedly among those who gathered at the service to offer their support their co-star during this difficult time.Host Andy Cohen also confirmed on SiriusXM that the funeral took place on Saturday. He added that several well-known figures from the Bravo universe were also present. He praised Kyle Richards, Cynthia Bailey and Shereé Whitfield, as the "real ones" for showing their support.Robert Cosby Jr died on February 23. His cause of death remains under investigation, although at the time of his death, authorities reportedly responded to a case of a possible overdose. Robert was at the time, seeking treatment for various issues. He was also reportedly in the middle of a divorce from his wife of 3 years. As per reports, while Mary has taken time off the sets, production on Season 7 of 'The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City' resumed filming on Tuesday, after briefly pausing the shoot in the days following his death.
