Patna: Deputy CM Vijay Kumar Sinha on Tuesday visited the family of the medical aspirant in Jehanabad district following her tragic and suspicious death in a girls’ hostel in Patna, offered condolences and pledged justice from the state govt.“I want to make it absolutely clear that no culprit will be forgiven under any circumstances. No matter how powerful or well-connected the person found guilty may be, the govt will impose the harshest possible action against them once the facts are established,” he said.Sinha added that he personally engaged with state DGP and the home minister on the matter. “Both of them confirmed that the police are vigilantly overseeing the investigation with the highest level of seriousness.
The probe is advancing in a fair, transparent, and time-bound manner to reveal all details,” he said.Recognising the family’s immense suffering, the deputy CM appealed to the relatives and the broader community for patience and cooperation during the ongoing process. “The family’s sorrow is truly unbearable. We urge everyone to stay patient and assist the authorities. All emerging facts will be shared publicly with complete transparency,” he added.
