A day in Thumki’s life
While the rest of Kolkata is still wrapped in blankets, Thumki’s alarm goes off at 4:30 am sharp (sometimes even earlier). She is too professional to hit the snooze button. Being a fitness enthusiast, she starts her day with some stretches — they call it pup yoga. Following this very mindful practice, she is out on her perimeter rounds. You won’t catch her yawning, because the pooch is on high alert. She inspects every corner of the hotel grounds with the dedication of an obsessive-compulsive CEO.
Is the lawn pristine? Check. Are the birds behaving themselves? Mostly, yes. But occasionally she chases them just to keep them on their toes. Being a boss babe is never easy. You’ve got to do what you’ve got to do!
She ensures she gets her 20k steps during her morning runs. By 6:30 am, she’s clocked more steps than most humans manage in a week. On the contrary, she is not exhausted, but glowing.
