The Meghalaya government has approached the Supreme Court seeking cancellation of the bail granted to Sonam Raghuvanshi, the wife of Indore-based businessman Raja Raghuvanshi, in the Raja Raghuvanshi murder case.
Appearing for the state, Solicitor General Tushar Mehta urged the vacation bench to take up the matter on priority. The court assured him that the plea would be listed for hearing at the earliest.
