Miyapur Traffic police step up safety measures at Madinaguda U-turn and NH 65 stretch

In a bid to curb road accidents and streamline vehicular movement, the Miyapur Traffic police have initiated a series of measures along the busy Madinaguda U-turn and adjoining stretches of National Highway- 65.

According to the police, cross barriers were installed at the Madinaguda U-turn on Thursday (April 16, 2026) to prevent wrong-side driving and improper parking, both of which were identified as major causes of congestion and accidents in the area. The intervention is expected to ensure smoother traffic flow towards Chandanagar.
