MLA assures to complete construction works of school buildings at Gonchireddipalle

Kalyandurg MLA Amilineni Surendra Babu assured to take steps to complete the construction works of the school buildings at Gonchireddipalle village.

The MLA on Wednesday attended the ‘Maremma Jatara’ being held at Nagireddypalle village in Brahmasamudram mandal and was on his return journey, when the villagers and teachers of the government school in Gonchireddipalle met him to talk about the poor condition of their school buildings. They also told the MLA that the construction of a new school building had started, however it stopped mid-way.

Mr. Surendra Babu then visited the village and inspected the school building and the partially constructed new building. He assured to take up the issue with the Education Department officials and HRD Minister Nara Lokesh and get it resolved. The MLA said that he would take steps to garner funds for the completion of the sanctioned building.

The MLA also boarded an RTC bus that stopped in the village and interacted with the women, who were availing free ride as part of the ‘Stree Shakti’ scheme of the State government.
