HC dismisses Gautham Menon’s appeal in Rs 4.25 crore case
The Madras High Court has dismissed director Gautham Vasudev Menon’s appeal in a long-pending case. The court upheld its earlier order directing him to repay Rs 4.25 crore, along with 12% interest, to R. S. Infotainment. The dispute was linked to an unfinished film project that never materialised.
The bench found no valid grounds to alter the previous judgment and reaffirmed the payment order.
