More than 500 shops raided near schools in Hyderabad under ‘Operation Safe School’

Hyderabad Police conducted a large-scale crackdown on shops selling tobacco products near educational institutions across the city on April 18 under ‘Operation Safe School’.

The drive was carried out on the directions of Hyderabad Police Commissioner V.C. Sajjanar, with the participation of around 5,000 personnel, including DCPs, Task Force teams, H-NEW, CAR, GHMC and revenue officials.
