According to the officials working on the initiative, at least half of the chosen founders will be women, and they believe that it will encourage even more women to become members of the entrepreneurship ecosystem in the region.

Every chosen start up will undergo a discussion session with mentors, leaders in the industry, and the local leaders so as to know the main areas of concern including market fit, customer validation, and scaling plans. It is perceived that this initial assistance is essential in bringing ideas into real companies that can thrive in the competitive markets.

The value of mindset, resilience and teamwork within the young founders also came out prominently as highlighted by program leaders.
