Mrunal Thakur is currently on a spiritual trail as she prepares for the release of her upcoming action-drama, Dacoit. The actress visited the iconic Shreemant Dagdusheth Halwai Ganpati Mandir in Pune to seek blessings for the film’s success.

Mrunal, who stars opposite Adivi Sesh in this intense "love-revenge" saga, shared glimpses of her visit on Instagram, looking radiant in a traditional red outfit.

Mrunal Thakur took to her Instagram handle on Tuesday to share pictures from her holy visit. In the pictures, she stood before Bappa with folded hands. She looked calm and happy. She wrote, “If I came to Pune and did not have a darshan of Bappa, then what did I do?” Mrunal wore a red traditional outfit during her visit.

Her look was very simple. She did not use heavy makeup. She also did not wear heavy jewellery. Fans liked her simple and real style.

‘Dacoit’ release plans

‘Dacoit’ was earlier set to hit theaters on March 19, but the makers later changed the date to avoid clashing with big films like ‘Dhurandhar: The Revenge’ and ‘Toxic’. Shot simultaneously in Hindi and Telugu, it will now release on April 10, 2026.
