Nadikudi Railway Station's Raghavendra Catering Service receives National Food Safety Certificate for excellence

GUNTUR: Nadikudi Railway Station’s Raghavendra Catering Service, located on platform No. 1, has been recognized for its commitment to providing pure and hygienic food to passengers.

This is the first-time for Guntur division to secure prestigious national award in food safety category. The catering stall, operated by K Fusion, was awarded the prestigious National Food Safety Certificate by the Railway Board in Delhi, acknowledging its adherence to the strict guidelines set by railway authorities. The certificate was presented during a ceremony at Nadikudi Railway Station, where Station Superintendent Kundan Kumar handed over the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) certificate to K Fusion. The event was attended by railway officials and local leaders, who gathered to celebrate the achievement. Among the attendees were Commercial Inspector B.V. Chari, Railway Station Punch Man Raju, and Sk. Adam Shafi, Mazdoor Union Employee and Division Secretary, local TDP leaders, including Kotra Janeshu, former sarpanch of Sarangapalli Agraharam, and Bandla Kruparao also joined to congratulate Mr. Fusion on his accomplishment.

Nadikudi Railway Station was one of three stations in the South Central Railway zone to receive accolades, alongside Secunderabad and Annavaram in the Vijayawada Division. The recognition highlights the catering contractor’s dedication to maintaining high standards in food safety and passenger satisfaction. Officials and community leaders praised Mr. K. Fusion for his efforts in upholding quality and hygiene at the catering stall, setting a benchmark for railway services in the region.
