Nanoscientist honoured in his native place Nellore

Retired professor and noted nanoscientist Anumukonda Varada Rajulu was felicitated at Thikkana Pranganam, Collectorate, in Nellore on Friday. A resident of Nawabpet in Nellore, he has earned several notable scientific accolades from across the world.

After felicitating the scientist, Joint Collector Mogili Venkateswarlu said it was a matter of great pride for the district that Varada Rajulu had been ranked by Stanford University, USA, among the top 2% scientists in the world for five consecutive years (2021–2025).
