2021 Australian Open champion Naomi Osaka, on Saturday, January 24, announced that she is withdrawing from the ongoing Grand Slam due to an injury, although she didn’t give any details of what the issue is or how long the break might be.

Osaka announced the decision on Instagram, explaining that she pulled out to ‘address something my body needs attention for’.
