NAREDCO Mysuru outlines growth roadmap at two-day conclave

The National Real Estate Development Council (NAREDCO), Mysuru chapter, organised a two-day outbound meeting on June 23 and 24 at Zion Hills Golf County in Kolar and Prestige Golfshire Club near Nandi Hills in Bengaluru. The conclave brought together members of the real estate body for discussions on industry challenges, emerging opportunities, policy issues and the future growth of the sector.

Former National President of NAREDCO, G. Hari Babu, attended the meeting as the chief guest. NAREDCO Karnataka Secretary Haala Ramesh and Dr. Sujith Kumar were present on the occasion.

The meeting was presided over by NAREDCO Mysuru president Raghavendra Prasad M.D. Chapter Chairman V.C. Ravikumar, Vice-President A.P. Nagesh, Secretary Gagandeep P.S., Treasurer Jagadeesh S.H. and Joint Secretary Nanjunda Swamy P. were among the office-bearers who attended the programme.

Addressing members, Mr. Hari Babu outlined the challenges confronting the real estate industry and explained the existing legal and regulatory framework governing the sector. He also spoke about the long-term growth prospects of India’s real estate market, highlighting the vision for the sector up to 2047.

Mr. Hari Babu emphasised the importance of land banking and the sector’s potential to generate employment. He also spoke about the developments in the real estate markets in Hyderabad, Bengaluru and Mysuru.

The conclave also served as a networking and knowledge-sharing platform for members of the Mysuru chapter. Participants exchanged views on their professional experiences, discussed the operations of their respective organisations, and shared best practices and quality standards.
