On August 22, a neon green colored sex toy was thrown onto the field of Nissan Stadium in Nashville, Tennessee during the preseason finale between the Minnesota Vikings and the Tennessee Titans.
On July 31, a neon green sex toy was thrown on the court in the final moments of a WNBA game. No players were hit then. In the NFL, only five minutes remained on the clock when the same-colored sex toy landed on the gridiron.
Where did the sex toy land on the Nissan Stadium in Nashville, Tennessee?
The neon green sex toy landed near the 6-yard line, close to the Tennessee sideline, while the players were on the field and the Tennessee Titans’ offense was near midfield. Jordan Dajani of CBS Sports shared an X video clip from the game showing the sex toy landing just a few feet away from where the Tennessee Titans cheerleaders were performing.
As a result, both the game and cheerleaders’ performance came to a halt. The sex toy was picked and handed over to a security guard. The Titans captured images of those responsible and reported the incident to the Metro Nashville Police Department. The preseason finale resumed shortly thereafter. The Tennessee Titans went on to win against the Minnesota Vikings despite the minor disruption in the last five minutes of the game.
A similar incident had occurred in 2016.
Sex toy was thrown during Buffalo Bills vs. New England Patriots match in Buffalo
In the Week 8 of 2016 NFL season, during a Bills versus Patriots game in Buffalo, a flesh-colored sex toy was thrown onto the gridiron. It landed at the 1-yard line near the pylon. After the match, seven-time Super Bowl champion Tom Brady said, “I did see it. Yes, I did. I did see it. I thought it was funny the ref didn’t want to pick it up. He was kicking it. Nobody wanted to reach down and grab it. That was very unusual. That was a first.
Only in Buffalo. That was very unusual.”Also Read: “Great 35th birthday present”: Minnesota Vikings express interest in reacquiring their former wide receiver Adam Thielen | NFL News - Times of India
