Rajasthan Royals launched their jersey for the upcoming Indian Premier League (IPL) season during an event held in Jaipur on Wednesday.The team, which won the first IPL title in 2008, announced the jersey reveal through a post on Instagram.

"New look, same Halla Bol. Jersey: RRevealed," the caption said.RR's new captain Riyan Parag attended the event along with Vaibhav Sooryavanshi and Ravi Bishnoi, as the players showcased the jersey for the IPL 2026 season.Bishnoi, 25, was signed by the franchise for Rs 7.2 crore at the mini auction held in December last year. As per the schedule released by the IPL Governing Council, the franchise is expected to travel to Guwahati on March 26, 2026, ahead of its opening match against Chennai Super Kings on March 30.

Ahead of the new season, the Royals were also part of a major trade move. Sanju Samson, who represented the franchise for over a decade across 11 seasons, has been traded to Chennai Super Kings and will now play for the team in yellow.In exchange, the Royals have brought in Sam Curran and Ravindra Jadeja.Jadeja had earlier been part of the Rajasthan squad that won the IPL title in 2008 under the captaincy of Shane Warne. He represented the franchise in the 2008 and 2009 seasons before moving to other teams later.
