In a new video, Delhi CM Rekha Gupta’s attacker is seen entering the Chief Minister's residence with a backpack, waiting inside, and later leaving while speaking on the phone.

A new video of Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta’s attacker conducting a recce of her residence has emerged. The video, dated August 19 (a day before the attack), shows the accused, 41-year-old Rajesh Bhai Khimji Bhai Sakriya, outside her residence in Shalimar Bagh.

He could then be seen walking inside, carrying a backpack. The attacker sits on a chair in the waiting area for some time, then approaches the help desk.

Minutes later, the attacker could be seen walking out of the venue and speaking to someone on the phone.
