The couple married on December 16, 2021, in Miami and often share small updates about their life together. They are now parents to three children, including a son who was born in 2025. Lindor underwent surgery on his left hamate bone on February 11 and was expected to miss six to eight weeks.That timeline created early uncertainty around his availability for the beginning of the season. As spring training continues, the Mets have been carefully increasing his baseball activities while monitoring his progress.Reports suggest the organization remains optimistic about his chances. “People within the Mets, including David Stearns, remain optimistic that Lindor will be ready for Opening Day,” wrote Will Sammon and Tim Britton of The Athletic.Team president of baseball operations David Stearns indicated that seeing Lindor return to game action during camp could be a key step. If progress continues, the New York Mets may still have their star shortstop ready when the new season begins.
