NFL insider suggests the Green Bay Packers might be Cameron Jordan’s “perfect” landing spot
A few hours ago, NFL insider Jason La Canfora, spoke on Casino Guru about the Green Bay Packers being a “perfect” fit for Cameron Jordan.
Jason La Canfora said, “Jordan is going to Canton, Ohio, one day. He is coming off a 10.5-sack season and after spending years in the abyss with the Saints, he is driven by a ring above all else…”The popular NFL insider added, “At age 37, this might be it. Green Bay badly needs fortification to its line, and with Micah Parsons injured for the first half of the season, having Jordan to move around inside and outside would be huge.”Jason La Canfora continued, “He’s opined about preferring to play for a warm-weather team … but money talks.”However, the Green Bay Packers have stayed distant from the trade rumors about the eight time Pro Bowler, Cameron Jordan. After being drafted in the NFL by the New Orleans Saints, Cameron Jordan remained with the team throughout his fifteen year old career.Although he is a free agent after his recent contract with the Saints expired at the end of the 2025 season, there have been rumors about Cameron Jordan returning to the team.
Back in December, Cameron Jordan opened up about his situation with the Saints as he said, “I know what I want to do, what I want to accomplish. If that doesn’t line up (with the Saints), that’s fine as well…”He added, “Just because I love the city and the organization, doesn’t mean the organization or the city has to love me back. The city has and always will, but I’m just simply saying.”Despite his age, Cameron Jordan dominated the field in the last season, as he recorded 10.5 sacks along with 47 tackles, 15 quarterback hits, 15 tackles for loss, and two forced fumbles. With this, Cameron Jordan became 17th player in the history of NFL with 132 career sacks. The eight time Pro Bowler also made history as he broke the New Orleans Saints’ franchise record for most games played, surpassing Drew Brees. While Cameron Jordan continues to make new records, all eyes are on where he ends up in the next season as he continues to dominate the field.
