NIA Court Convicts Six PLFI Members for Extortion and UAPA Charges in Ranchi

Ranchi: The special NIA court in Ranchi on Saturday convicted six PLFI members for extortion, collecting levy, and other crimes. The hearing on the point of sentencing is on Feb 13. The court convicted Gulab Yadav, Ravi Yadav, Rakesh Paswan and Pawan Kumar, Santosh Yadav and Suresh Yadav under various sections of the IPC, Arms Act, UAPA and the Criminal Law Amendment Act (CLA).
