Nitish Kumar likely to resign on April 14, new govt a day later

Ahead of his likely resignation on April 14, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Monday (April 13) kept meeting with senior party leaders at his official residence to discuss possible names of ministers from his ruling party JD(U) in the new formation of the government.

For the first time, the BJP is going to have its own chief minister in the State. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is likely to attend the oath-taking ceremony of the new government on April 15 at Lok Bhawan (formerly Raj Bhawan).
