No decision yet on reopening slaughterhouse: BMC

Bhopal: Bhopal Municipal Corporation Commissioner Sanskriti Jain said Friday there has been no decision yet on opening the Bhopal slaughterhouse, despite MP High Court dismissing M/s Live Stock Food Processors Ltd’s petition and directing BMC to decide within 15 days.

The slaughterhouse at Jinsi was sealed on December 8, 2025, after cow vigilantes allegedly found ‘banned’ meat packets.
