New Delhi: ConvoZen.AI, the enterprise conversational agentic AI platform of NoBroker, has recently introduced its latest conversational AI stack alongside the frontier speech models.
These two models, Akshara, which is speech-to-text, and Ragini, which is text-to-speech, are built from the conversational infrastructure challenges of NoBroker.
ConvoZen has also integrated the full lifecycle into a single platform, which is built on conversational AI agents, copilot AI agents, supervisor AI agents, and customer AI agents. Across the nine regional languages, Akshara outperformed Indian and the global frontier models on the public benchmarks such as Indic Voices and Swara.
ConvoZen has also introduced the Indic Conversational AI Voice Benchmark, an open benchmark especially designed for authentic B2C telephonic interactions.

The Ragini, which works across six languages, is tailored for the banking, financial services and insurance, automotive, healthcare, direct-to-consumer, and edtech deployments.
