Nothing CEO Carl Pei has confirmed that the upcoming Nothing Phone (4a) will be available in four colour options. Ahead of the phone’s global debut on March 5, the chief executive of the London-based consumer tech brand took to microblogging site X (formerly Twitter) to announce that Nothing Phone (4a) will be available in White, Black, Pink and Blue colours.
The smartphone, which is set to launch in just two days, was showcased at the ongoing Mobile World Congress (MWC) in Barcelona, Spain, where all four finishes were displayed to attendees for the first time.In his X post, Pei wrote, “Four colours. One Phone (4a). Revealed at MWC today. We haven’t played much with colour before, until now. More expressive. More playful. Still unmistakably Nothing. Tech used to feel optimistic.
Let’s bring that back. More on 5 March, 10:30 GMT.”The Phone (4a) marks Nothing’s new mid-range lineup, with a ‘Pro’ model also expected to join the series. With the introduction of Pink and Blue alongside the brand’s familiar White and Black options, the company appears to be taking a more varied approach to design, a shift from its largely monochrome portfolio, which has so far leaned heavily on black-and-white finishes, with limited colour experimentation.
