Lindsey Vonn wrote under his video: “Thank you for raising awareness. You are showing great strength. My mother would thank you.” Vonn lost her mother to ALS in 2022. Dane has been open about living with ALS since April.

Lindsey Vonn supports Eric Dane’s ALS partnership

Eric Dane revealed in a video on September 15, 2025, that he has joined I AM ALS, a nonprofit group. He talked about the Push for Progress campaign.

This campaign wants to raise $1 billion in three years for ALS research and treatment.
