As per the news, it was an impounded car.xQc, who listened to this entire news intently, then brought in his analytical tone and was seen wondering and asking, how long was the body was in there. He even questioned how the car would end up in the impound lot, and stated, “this interests me.”

As soon as xQc learnt about the car being registered to David Anthony Burke, a 20-year-old musician who is popularly and professionally known as d4vd, he was quick to state, “on paper on paper.”

A clip of his genuine shocked reaction is also going viral on social media with a caption, “xQc was SHOCKED when he heard about the dead body found in JasonTheWeen’s friend’s car ”.

While the facts about the case still remain grim and mysterious, on Monday, September 8, 2025, the LAPD responded to a tow yard in Hollywood after a foul odor was reported. The source of the odor then was traced to a 2023 Tesla. Inside it, LAPD found decomposing human remains in a bag in the vehicle's trunk. Investigations now reveal that the car got impounded after it was found abandoned a few days before.As mentioned above, the vehicle is registered in David Anthony Burke’s name. He is a popular singer known for songs like Romantic Homicide. He has been notified about this discovery. Despite him being on his world tour, he made sure he cooperated with legal authorities via his representatives. The authorities have not confirmed the identity of the deceased yet and neither have they provided updates on ongoing investigation.
