The party alleges the "Delhi government has turned into Phulera Panchayat," referencing a fictional village in the show where the husband of a female Sarpanch informally exercises authority. Senior AAP leader Saurabh Bhardwaj questioned the capacity in which the Chief Minister's husband was present at the meeting. The presence of a non-official in a government meeting has raised questions about potential violations of constitutional norms. The BJP has not yet issued a formal reaction to the allegations levelled by the Aam Aadmi Party.
