New Delhi: OnePlus’s upcoming OnePlus N6 budget-aimed 5G device is going to be unveiled in India soon. This device is aimed at users who prioritize long battery life, durability, and smooth everyday performance over flagship specs. The major highlight of this budget device is its battery because it houses a massive 8000mAh battery pack, one of the largest in its price segment. However, OnePlus is going to introduce this device on July 4, 2026, via Amazon India and the OnePlus online store.
It’s going to sports with a 6.75-inch LCD HD+ resolution display with a 120Hz refresh rate. This display is specially designed for smooth scrolling and gaming instead of premium OLED visuals. In recent reports, it is going to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6360 Max processor. This processor delivers built-in features for efficient daily performance, multitasking, and 5G connectivity. Out of the box, it runs on OxygenOS 16 based on Android 16.
The major highlight of this device is an 8,000mAh battery pack with 45W SUPERVOOC wired fast charging support. However, the company claims that up to 3 days of typical usage, a 5-minute charge delivers around 1.7 hours of YouTube playback battery designed to maintain health for up to 7 years under typical usage. In terms of the camera, it has a 50MP main camera sensor with AI-powered photography features. This camera setup aims at everyday photography instead of flagship imaging.
In durability, it gets military-grade durability certification with an IP65-rated dust and water resistance. Reinforced design for daily wear and tear. According to OnePlus, the battery will last up to 3 days on a single charge, around 35 hours of social media use, about 24 hours of YouTube streaming, and around 12.8 hours of gaming.
