An eyewitness from Bharat Society in Ghaziabad, where three teen girls fell to death, claimed that the entire incident unfolded right in front of him. Speaking to News18, Arun said his flat faces the spot and he had a clear view of what happened that night.

Arun said it was late at night and, as he usually stays awake till late, he stepped out onto his balcony for some fresh air. “I thought it might be a suicide attempt. By the time I called out from inside, the person who was visible on the balcony had gone back inside. First, she had climbed up and was sitting there, then she stepped down," Arun said.

He said he continued to watch and, after some time, the woman again came and sat on the balcony. “The second time, there was a child with her, clinging to her. I felt something might go wrong, so I started shouting. Suddenly, I saw her let go, and a third person tried to catch her. The third person was holding her hand, but she also fell down with her," he said.
