Out on bail, murder accused actor Darshan returns from Thailand trip

NEW DELHI: Kannada actor Darshan Thoogudeepa, accused in the murder of Chitradurga's Renukaswamy, has returned from Thailand after receiving court permission — for the second time — to travel abroad for a movie shoot.Earlier this month, the sessions court allowed the actor to fly to Thailand between July 11 and July 30 to take part in the shoot of the film Devil. Darshan, his girlfriend Pavithra Gowda, and 15 others were arrested in connection with Renukaswamy's murder in a parking yard at Pattanagere, west Bengaluru, in June last year.

All the accused are out on bail. Actor Darshan returned to Bengaluru from Thailand on Friday night.He arrived at Kempegowda International Airport at 11.45 pm with his wife Vijayalakshmi.
