The makers of 'Pagida Kali' have officially unveiled the first look poster of the upcoming suspense thriller which has already attracted attention because of its unique filmmaking approach.The movie has been shot entirely using an Apple iPhone and along with the smartphone cinematography, the film will also feature advanced 7.1 Dolby Surround Sound mixing.The project is directed by Nishad Hasan who previously worked as the associate director of the film 'Pani' directed by Joju George.

The film features Devasurya, Tito Wilson, Ranjitha Mukundan, Anna Maria, Amal Suresh, Prince John, Tryambaka Rana Dive and Linto Johny.The project is produced by Murali Devasurya under the banner Devasurya Film House. In addition to producing the film, Murali Devasurya also serves as the associate director.
Nishad Hasan handles multiple technical roles
Director Nishad Hasan has taken on multiple responsibilities in the making of 'Pagida Kali'. Apart from directing the film he has also handled the cinematography, editing and action choreography.The lyrics for the film’s songs are written by S. S. Karthikeyan, Dinu Mohan and Nishad Hasan himself and the music is composed by Vinayak Sharath Chandran.
The songs are sung by Nochippetti Thirumoorthy and Diya Karan Anand. The storyline of 'Pagida Kali' begins with a shocking incident in Kerala. A murder takes place, creating fear and confusion in the region and soon after the incident, a child mysteriously goes missing. This event triggers an intense investigation that gradually expands beyond the state.The sound effects and final mix are handled by Karun Prasad, while Deepak Varghese serves as the sound engineer.
The Digital Intermediate (DI) work has been completed by Regin Santo.Anjali Nair is the chief makeup artist for the film, and still photographs are captured by Rahees Robins. The poster design has been created by Nishad Hasan and Sreejith Puthenmadam. Creative support for the project is provided by Ananthu Ashokan and Miljo Johny and the publicity for the film is handled by PROs A. S. Dinesh and Manu Sivan.'Pagida Kali' is scheduled to release in theatres in March and the film will be released in Malayalam, Tamil and Hindi.
