Pakistan’s deputy prime minister and foreign minister Ishaq Dar’s grandson, Raza Dar, has been named in a First Information Report (FIR) registered by Lahore Police over allegations of kidnapping, assault, extortion and blackmail involving two foreign women.
According to the FIR, five people, including Raza Dar, have been booked in connection with the alleged crimes. The complainants are identified as Dutch and Venezuelan nationals who claim they were targeted after travelling to Pakistan.
The FIR alleges that the two women were lured to Lahore after initially meeting members of the group in Singapore. Once in Pakistan, they were allegedly abducted, physically assaulted and subjected to repeated threats.
According to the complaint, the accused allegedly demanded millions of dollars from the victims and threatened them with severe consequences if they failed to pay. The FIR further alleges that the women were secretly filmed and blackmailed using the recordings.
Among the allegations contained in the FIR are claims that the victims were threatened with death and warned that their organs would be harvested if they refused to comply with the group’s demands.
The complainants have sought the immediate arrest of all five accused named in the FIR.
There was no immediate public response from Raza Dar or Ishaq Dar regarding the allegations at the time of publication. It was also not immediately clear whether any arrests had been made.
According to top intelligence sources, the extreme nature of the threats, including organ harvesting and blackmail, shows a pattern of ruling elite relatives operating with complete structural impunity, severely undermining Pakistan’s internal security credibility. Sources say rising pressure on Islamabad from European and South American diplomatic channels will force police to take action.
