Parliament Budget Session Live: Both the Lok Sabha and the Rajya Sabha are scheduled to resume proceedings at 11 am on Tuesday. In the aftermath of the ruckus witnessed in the Lok Sabha on February 4, 2026, women Members of Parliament (MPs) from the BJP have written to Speaker Om Birla, urging him to initiate the “strictest possible action, under the rules,” against Opposition MPs. In their letter, the BJP MPs alleged that Opposition members entered the well of the House, climbed onto the Speaker’s table and disrupted parliamentary proceedings.

Meanwhile, the Parliamentary Standing Committee on External Affairs is set to meet later in the day. On the same day, leaders of the INDIA bloc are also scheduled to hold a meeting at 10 am. Follow for live updates.
