Pawan Kalyan launches drinking water scheme in Konaseema

Deputy Chief Minister K. Pawan Kalyan on Thursday virtually inaugurated a drinking water scheme built at a cost of ₹17.33 crore at Antarvedi village, guaranteeing access to safe drinking water for 67 villages in Sakhinetipalli mandal of Dr. B.R.Ambedkar Konaseema district. As many as 4,522 households, most of them located along the coastal belt, will be provided safe drinking water. The project is funded under the Jal Jeevan Mission. 

Accompanied by Agriculture Minister and Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Konaseema District In-Charge Minister K. Atchannaidu, Mr. Pawan Kalyan also virtually performed bhumi puja for a Rapid Sand Filter (RSF) system to treat the Godavari river water for drinking purpose.
