For decades, small businesses relied on pen, paper, or clunky software. Many owners still keep manual records, especially in smaller towns. Ram Mohan, co-founder of Pilloo AI, reportedly said it’s about breaking that barrier.
“We wanted something anyone could use. No screens, no paperwork, no fear,” he mentioned. The launch event at the Andhra Pradesh Secretariat was reportedly lively. CS Vijayanand, MLA Prathipati Pulla Rao, Muthavarapu Suresh, and investors of Pilloo AI were present. Naidu himself apparently highlighted how tools like this make life easier for entrepreneurs and promote digital growth.
How Piloo AI works
Sai Praneeth G, founder of Pilloo AI, explained the platform helps business owners in very simple ways.
- Record daily sales.
- Track payments.
- Get balance sheets.
- Automate purchase entries and bank transactions.
But experts caution that AI isn’t perfect. Errors can happen, such as mishearing numbers or missing a transaction. Still, early tests reportedly show the platform is surprisingly accurate.
